Kiwifruit and Rockmelon Pops

Kiwifruit and Rockmelon Pops(iodine free) makes 8

I love these. Simple, healthy and really refreshing! So cool!

 

 Ingredients

1 small rockmelon, peeled, seeded, chopped

8 kiwifruit, peeled and chopped

 

How to

  1. Place rockmelon in a blender  and blend until smooth. Pour rockmelon evenly into eight 1/3 cup-capacity iceblock moulds. Freeze for 30 minutes.
  2. Place kiwifruit in a blender and blend until smooth. Carefully pour kiwi fruit puree over rockmelon in moulds. Insert sticks and freeze for 5 ½  hours until set.
  3. Dip base of moulds in hot water to remove iceblocks.

Prep time: 15 minutes  Freezing Time: 6 hours

TIP!  A squared shape and straight sides make unmoulding easier. Set on a flat surface when freezing.
