This is a perfect midweek dinner – quick and simple, and best of all, only four ingredients!
1/4 cup (60ml) orange juice
1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
2 teaspoons olive oil
4 x 200g fish fillets
- Preheat oven to 240 C/220C fan forced Line a baking tray with baking paper.
- Combine juice, mustard, oil and fish in medium bowl.
- Place fish on tray; roast about 12 minutes or until fish is cooked through.
