No Bake Crunchie Nut Chews

No Bake Crunchie Nut Chews

These bite size no bake chocolate treats are super easy with just 5 ingredients and all you need to do is melt and mix. They’re the ultimate in sticky delicious!

Now I have to be honest here, these chocolate chews are so ugly (and look so much like the poo emoji)  I considered not posting them but  they taste so good, I consider it a crime against chocolate not to share the recipe with you! This is about as delicious as your favourite chocolate bars, roasted nuts and more chocolate can get!

These were so well received by me that I had to eject these chocolate chews from the house with immediate effect because I was in danger of inhaling the whole batch. I passed them on to my neighbour and she passed them on to her brother who despite not caring for sweet treats, ate all of these chocolate chews on his own!

Now this recipe is not just easy, it’s very forgiving too, you can use pretty much any chocolate bar that you like. I like the crunch of the Crunchie bar, but I’ve also used Snickers and Turkish Delight. I like to use nuts because value added crunch but for a nut free option, how about adding in some sultanas instead? The possibilities are endless.

These chews do need to be stored in the fridge and they are superiorly sticky even when they’re set. The sticky fingers will be totally worth it, I promise!

What’s your favourite chocolate bar? Do you prefer nuts or dried fruit, or both?
