David’s Best Ever Yorkshire Puds

serves 4


3/4 cup (110g) plain (all-purpose) flour

3 eggs, beaten lightly

1 cup (250ml) milk


How to

  1. Grease 6 hole muffin pan. Place pan in the oven. Preheat oven to 220 C/ 425 F.
  2. Meanwhile, whisk flour and egg and milk in large jug until smooth; season.
  3. Strain batter into preheated pan holes. Bake about 20 minutes or until golden.
