I love these. Simple, healthy and really refreshing! So cool!
1 small rockmelon, peeled, seeded, chopped
8 kiwifruit, peeled and chopped
- Place rockmelon in a blender and blend until smooth. Pour rockmelon evenly into eight 1/3 cup-capacity iceblock moulds. Freeze for 30 minutes.
- Place kiwifruit in a blender and blend until smooth. Carefully pour kiwi fruit puree over rockmelon in moulds. Insert sticks and freeze for 5 ½ hours until set.
- Dip base of moulds in hot water to remove iceblocks.
Prep time: 15 minutes Freezing Time: 6 hours
TIP! A squared shape and straight sides make unmoulding easier. Set on a flat surface when freezing.
