Sara over at Sew Appetising blogs out that it’s National Vegetarian Week. I don’t think we’re officially vegging out down under, and I’ve already planned my menu for the week but I’ll try to eat meat free if and when I can, and when I do, I will no doubt, feel an enormous sense of well being. It’s quite fortuitious because Sara always has marvellous meat free recipes and it’s easy to adapt veggie stuff to make it iodine free. Best of all, Paula at work, got me a kilo of quinoa, organic too! My mind is already boggling as to what I can do with it! In Australia, we eat wholefood and plant based in International Vegetarian Week in October which gives me plenty of time to prepare! In the meantime, let’s veg out!
