Love at first bite – guaranteed! M&Ms mega and more-ish!
125g butter, softened
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 ¼ cups (275g) firmly packed brown sugar
1 cup (150g) plain flour
¼ cup (35g) self-raising flour
½ teaspoon bicarbonate of soda
1/3 cup (35g) cocoa powder
½ cup (100g) peanut M&Ms
½ cup (70g) chocolate M&Ms
½ cup (75g) milk chocolate melts
- Heat oven to 180C/160C fan-forced/gas 4. Cove two baking trays with baking paper.
- Beat butter, extract, sugar and egg in a small bowl with electric mixer until smooth (do not overmix.)Transfer mixture to large bowl; mix in sifted combined dry ingredients then all the chocolates.
- Place level tablespoons of mixture onto trays; allowing 5cm between each cookie. Bake for about 10 minutes. Stand cookies 5 minutes; transfer to wire rack to cool.
Prep and Cooking time: 30 minutes (+ cooling time)
