3.Drink more water and tea, and less alcohol and sugary drinks

Cindy from Nutritionchic shows us a 1 litre bottle of fizzy pop and then shows us a cup of sugar. That’s how much of the sweet stuff is in that bottle, and then some! She reminds us how important it is to watch our alcohol intake. She shows us one of those bucket style wine glasses and pours in 100ml of water which we imagine is wine (which is equivalent to one unit of alcohol,) and it barely covers the bottom of the glass! I reckon every pub sized measure must be at least 2 units!  That’s fuel for thought!
