Some like it hot!This is the perfect accompaniment for my Hainanese chicken! ChooTheFat says that this will keep for a couple of weeks in the fridge or a few months in the freezer.
100g red chillies, deseeded and halved
20g ginger, peeled
100g white vinegar
1 teaspoon salt
1/2 tablespoon sugar
- Place chilli, ginger and garlic into TM bowl and blend for 5 seconds on speed 8. Scrape down sides of bowl and repeat until smooth.
- Add remaining ingredients and blend for 1 minute on speed 6.
- Adjust salt and sugar to taste
- Serve with Hainanese chicken rice
