Last week, I read this awesome post by the equally awesome Dr Sash and it really resonated with me.
Since I had cancer, I am much better at saying no to things I can’t or don’t want to do, but at the same time, I am constantly in the grip of FOMO (Fear of Missing Out) because I want to do all the things. Yup. You guessed it, I’m a paradox on legs.
Saying no is totally a thing, yet, those two little letters are sometimes so difficult to say.
Next time you have to decide whether to say yay or nay, think about this.
And if you want to feel the power of “no” pop over to Dr Sash and she’ll see you right. She knows what’s what! (Excuse the pun.)
Are you good at saying no?
