It’s business as usual. Just grocery shopping, washing, ironing; the regular weekend duties of a domestic goddess! I think I’ve found an organic bread with uniodised salt in the local supermarket . I email the company to be sure, to be sure, but I won’t get too excited until I get a reply. In the meantime, I get busy in the kitchen, if I have to eat these cardboardy rice cakes I might as well find something yummy to put on them. After a little lie down, we venture out for some early evening drinks at our local, just opened, Bavarian Beer Café. Seeing as I can’t eat all my weight watchers points on the limited foods available, I’ll drink them instead! Then we come home and feast on Donna Hay’s Maple-Glazed Chicken. Fast, fresh, simple and iodine free! Too yum!
